Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Design Engineer Consultant to contribute to the development
and optimization of cutting-edge mechanical systems. As a consultant, you will collaborate with cross-functional
teams to design, analyze, and validate innovative solutions for complex engineering challenges in industries like
aerospace, robotics, and advanced manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems using CAD software.
• Conduct structural, thermal, and fluid dynamics analyses to ensure reliability and performance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, BOMs, and specifications.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Oversee prototype manufacturing, testing, and validation.
• Implement cost-effective and manufacturable design solutions while adhering to industry standards.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and engineering.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, CATIA, or Siemens NX.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and GD&T.
• Experience with FEA tools such as ANSYS or Abaqus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, or robotics industries.
• Knowledge of DFMA and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
